The board of intermediate and secondary education Sahiwal was formed and started its operation in 1979 under the ordinance of province. This board is formed to provide students with facilities for Grade 5 8 and intermediate examination. Jurisdiction that is covered by the Sahiwal board is district of Sahiwal, Makran, Kalat and Kandahar.
